Pietroberto Fork

The Pietroberto fork mixers are traditional fork mixers renowned in both engineering and design. They knead with little effort and are ideal for preparing master dough. Very rarely can a product in any sector boast a hundred years of success like our fork mixer. In fact, the validity of the construction project and the quality of the materials still make this mixer reliable and modern today.

The cast iron structure, the oil bathed gearing, the stainless steel bowl and tool are the features that have led to its success. Suitable for any type of dough, its special quality is that it does not heat the dough at all.

Function

All ingredients are placed in to the bowl, after having lowered the safety guard you can start the mixer. The machine works exactly as the human hands. The dough will be soft, well aired and easy to remove. If needed, the ingredients can be added while the machine is functioning.
