Micro Convection Ovens

The Micro Series are forced air convection ovns with fixed trays and are available in electric or gas.  They are suitable for baking fresh, frozen and pre-cooked bread, fresh and frozen pastry, pizza, meat and other types of food and they are the ideal oven for small productions in traditional bakeries, pastry shops, bake-offs, shopping centres, hotels, take-away shops etc.  The oven is available in 4, 5, 8 or 10 tray options and the 4 and 5 tray models can also be used with the Modul deck ovens.
